  • WOW...99 lbs is a hugh acomplishment in itself....that is awesome!!! I think most people hit a plateau...its like our bodies just wanna hold on. I always hit mine at a certain weight and it takes a long time to get moving again. Just continue to do really good like you are and eventually it will break....probably sooner…

  • I burn on average about 400 calories a day.... I dont eat my exersize calories and I am only losing a pound a week... very frustrating....:grumble: :grumble:

  • It seems like alot to me too... I've always associated dieting with starving but then that is not very healthy either... It would mess up my metabolism and I would always feel icky...   • I did the same thing in the past.... but I have learned that if I feel like picking still I started carrying cut up cucumbers or celery or even cut up bell peppers to snack on.... then I can pick and pick all I want guilt free and then I will think twice about that chocolate cake...

  • I get 15 minutes for my morning break here and we have an employee gym I also work out on my lunch and last break 10 minutes @ 3.8mph at a 8. incline then 5 hellish minutes on the eliptical Lunch 30 minutes on tread 3.8 mph at 8. incline Last Break 15 minutes weight lifting stuff Then I get home and do my situps
  • I agree with the numbers on the scale thing...because I know people that are the same height and weight as me but I wear smaller clothing..... I work out 5 days a week and also do free weights... I can tell you I feel soooo much better and I am toner too...

  • I just found the cutest suit. It looks like a lil summer dress...and it has elastic that goes over your tummy to flatten and has the bottoms attached to it... I should probaby post a picture... its really cute and looks nice on... covers just enough but doesnt look like a moomoo either...
