When will Tae Bo be added to the exercise and calorie pull downs? I know I'm not the only one who occasionally works out to the DVDs (only the 8 minute thank you very much).

See my problem is actually recording the foods (and drinks) during the day. I have no problem recording the exercise. Though it's odd that it doesn't record calories burned for anaerobic.

If there is a VA Runners store nearby go to them. They'll put some flats on you first and have you lightly jog for them right outside the store. This way they can see how you plant your feet and find the exactly right shoe for you. Don't guess yourself nor go to a store like Kohls or Walmart and pick randomly!

Thanks all. I used to have a gym membership for years until two years ago. Used to power lift and am not trying to slowly get back into shape before I get a gym membership.

I can't afford a gym at the moment and I need to strengthen my lower back as it's beginning to ache more and more from sitting all day. What moves would one suggest?
