you can do it... this time I learned to prepare for taco bell tgif etc... I just look up calories and decide before I go.... But I would stay away from buffets lol!! You can do it!!

I went into a litlle more detail on my comment, I seriously eat whatever I want until yesterday she told me my guide lines so Im afraid Im gonna shrink and hurt the baby with this new way of eating

Dr put me on a diet :( and like one cup of food three times a day.... which to me seems really low ive already lost a pound from 1 day of it but I am eating more sensibly whole wheat and veggies... I'm doing OK

yes maybe a therapist would help you are going through alot.... it is nice to have someone with an open mind just to talk to and listen.... good luck to you... rely on people and friends to help you through this difficult time but try and stay strong for your daughter... us chicks are tough!!
