  • Sorry I didn't post in time. I didn't do crap last week and am back on it this week as I have a 10k on Saturday.
  • Great job to those who really pushed themselves and especially to those who got over 4k cals...I had to walk while I did laundry the last day to make sure I got my last 100 cals in :/

  • Don't bundle up too much because you will sweat and then get sick. The biggest thing in the winter is actually motivating yourself to do something. For a lot of us by January/February we are so over the cold it's sometimes hard to find motivation just to get up and keep going to the gym and for me personally not to either…
  • Hi! In a nutshell I have low-self esteem and am feel like crap. I'm tired of crash dieting and used to be 200 lbs and lost 55 but gained 30 back. I get obsessive about my weight and like this challenge cause it focuses on my physically activity. I look forward to burning thousands of calories with you all! Kim
  • I'm running/walking my first 10k in 3 weeks. I decided since I suck at running and probably will walk a boatload to get a cool shirt. I just bought one that says "I run for cupcakes." I actually run for wine but they apparently don't make those shirts.
