I promise it does get easier. Keep doing it. Just do the best you can. You will love it the more you do. Level 2 is my favorite. It's hard but I love it and I do not love working out. I'm addicted to doing this DVD. I've also been trying to run/walk and I'm not such a fan of running, but I do love the 30 Day Shred.

One chicken lettuce wrap is 160 calories (so you could have 2) or the spring rolls are only 155 calories for 2 without sauce. I just checked with the Calorie King. LOL!

I'm the same. My goal is 1200 and yesterday my net after exercise was 290 calories! Crazy. I'm eating lots of good protein and drinking tons of water which fills me up but I know I should eat more. I agree nuts and natural peanut butter are high in calories but also in protein and good for you.

I agree- Level 3 is easier than 2 but for some reason level 2 is my favorite!
