Same message as Cruxc really however make sure you go into your account settings and turn on your diary visibility option, this means the people you connect with can look at your food diary and advise whats best. The site works, just log everything, make sure you're being healthy and it will start to drop healthily.

My friend is trying to get me to run 4 of these at the moment, he is incentivising it, but they're a really great way to get into 5k runs.

Try yogurts too, natural ingredients and they are usually around 120 cals for a small pot, after I've eaten a yogurt it feels the same as before - they don't fill me up at all.

use any cordial like robinsons to flavor it, or you can substitute water for green tea or ice tea - anything without milk in it will be pretty similar. water is by fat the best but you wont be adding much calories by the above methods suggested.

I would find it very hard, but just looking at the calorie content puts me off alot of the time when i want a beer. all I could suggest would be to add nuts as snacks or bananas, also there doesnt seem to be many carbs in there which have high calaorie content, try having a small amount of pasta with meals, fresh is good, or using brown rice or fresh bread.

could you post a typical days food? i'd find it hard not to eat 1200 calories!!! some fruits are high value, like bananas which could help you get up there as a snack. also as Lily says try nuts. maybe increase your portion sizes if you are missing the mark too?
