My doctor and nutrionist have me on a higher carb diet with protein to balance it. 181 g of carb a day, 78 g of protein a day and 48 or less g fat a day. I think I will follow what they are telling me to do.

If it is only two or three spoonful's of something that is 1/2 cup portion I would list it as .25 of a portion if it is half of it list it as half. you can list it pretty small if you need to.

Not officially diagnosed with it yet, but I am seeing an endocrine in a few days. I have been to a medical weight loss clinic for counseling and have a diet now set up. I am very hopeful and would be very happy to hear tips and advice from others as well.

I am 5 foot 3 inches tall and some how I think I have a much better chance to take off my extra weight than I do to have a growth spurt at 43 lol.
