  • i got the polar F7, i think any polar u can't go wrong with they are all good. Got mine new for £40 off ebay.
  • It does everythhing for you. When you put it on it finds your heart beat n thats your resting hr, then when you exercise u see how ur hr goes up and also how many calories you are burning. I wouldn't be without mine it becomes kind of addictive because i won't stop what am doing till i've burned 500 cals x

  • The best dish u can have is boiled rice with chicken and mushroom, or chicken chop suey. Sweet n sour is a no no as the batter is well fattening unless u get it with no batter but still masively high in sugar. Hope that helps
  • Yes I have a cheat day, every sunday, it gives me something to look forward to and keeps me on the straight n narrow. I weigh in that morning then the rest of the day i have what i want. I'm losing 1-2 lb a week i'm happy with that because its something i can stick to rather that stay on a rigid diet 24/7 i'd soon get fed…
