40 is my usual fiber number because of medical issues. Most people couldn't eat that much because it causes stomach pain/bloating. I have the pain if I don't eat pretty close to the 40.

Fantastic! I experienced my first 5K on Friday. I wanted to finish under 40min (I still walk too much). I finished in 39:29, woo-hoo. Looking forward to my next October 25th.

I quit smoking 2 months ago. It's one of the hardest things to do (IMO). Honest, every day does get easier. You have my support. Oh, and I've lost 10 lbs so losing after quitting is possible with willpower. Best wishes.

I did my 15 along with the plank challenge, crunches, tricep extensions, curls, push-ups, and 1 hour jog/walk intervals.

I'm a bit behind schedule due to sickness last week. 35 sec yesterday, 45 sec today. Tomorrow is a new day to keep getting better :smile: Also, getting 20 sec on the side planks.
