my watch says i burn more calories then MFP says i do in 30 mins by like 100 calories so what im asking why would the watch be so off? from pushing start i already burned 10 calories from standing there doesnt seem accurate.

Its just cheap watch only does calories burned and i think heart rate bought it at walmart. Been doing my walking video Leslie Sansone trying hard to get back into working out i have Myasthenia gravis :( so hard to really do a high impact workout. but i feel like this watch says im burning more i noticed when i push start…

Hi :) not sure i just got diagnosed with blood work few weeks ago. I have generalized weakness and my eyes bother me. How are you doing with working out may i ask? really looking forward to getting back on track here its been a long year and half trying to figure out what was wrong with me.

9/22 went well i started my ripped in 30 days week 4. stayed under my calorie goal.

9/16 was a good day for me :) Finally felt normal since i got sick last week. got a little workout in and stayed under my calorie goal

Didn't work out Friday or Sat I have been sick, Feeling better today though really hoping Monday will be a nice fresh start back to working out :)

9/11 was a bad day for me :( I caught whatever is going around my house sick with a huge cold and my stomach was upset . really hoping by the weekend i feel refreshed so i can get back to working out again. :grumble:

9/9 went great got my 30 day shred dvd week 3 done. stayed under my calorie goal. still don't see the scale dropping like i was hoping sigh.. but trying not to let it discourage me :ohwell:
