It could be a mild food intolerance causing inflammation. Have you always had these fluctuations or is this something new?

This!! It's fine to eat less on some days and more on others, but if you are having trouble functioning you may be eating too few calories, or not enough fat. What are your stats (age/height/sex) and calorie goal? Do you eat back exercise calories?

Exactly the same as proper diet and exercise without green tea. It has health benefits, but weight loss isn't one of them. I wish it was.

Too much. Other than that it really depends on your goals and preferences. As long as you keep a calorie deficit you'll lose fat (if that is your goal) regardless of what you eat.

Mine is all over the place. I've had my fitbit for 3 years I think and so far the low has been 3156 and the high was 24215. On average probably about 9700ish. It's funny to me how many times I almost hit 10000 but fall short by <300.

I feel the same. If a person loses a lot of weight they are not the same person either. People change with time.

Sickness is not a guarantee. People die of things other than sickness. Health is not a guarantee, people who are lean and fit get sick. Edit: whether or not health is vow will vary by couple but that is not what the traditional vow mentioned above was written to mean.

Agreed. What or when you eat has little effect on metabolic rate. What you do is more important in that respect.

Not sure how that relates back to the vow, but I do think it's a good idea to discuss things that are important to you before marriage.

I get the gist of your post I think, but if one is very overweight or obese losing weight will likely improve health even if muscle is lost along the way and even if the diet is not balanced. About remaining healthy? So many health problems can arise regardless of weight or fitness.

Because 'breaking your fast' is the origin of the word, not necessarily the definition of the word. Many people don't consider a meal breakfast unless it is eaten in the morning.

We have but don't currently own one. But we have a few friends that have vacation camps where that or the great outdoors is the only option. We've used them many times.

The vow is typically not to stay healthy. It's ... 'to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, until death do us part'. It's a vow to remain faithful in bad times and good.

If a child is overweight it is the fault of the parent/caregiver regardless of comments made. Children are children and it is up to the parent to control and guide their young lives. That's what parents are for.
