I'm on WW and MFP together, I've manually reset my daily points to 26 ( it lets you), and weeklies from 49 to 10 - but try not to touch them! They're there as an overdraft feature if you like for me. I had approx 7 stone to lose right at the beginning, I lost 8lbs on my own then entered MFP and WW, my initial WW points was…

We usually go over once a week, and I eat out of politeness tbh, she thinks WW works similar to SW, so 'points' the meals accordingly, how do I explain they don't work similarly at all?

I have a Fitbit flex which never (apart from when it needs charging) leaves my wrist It works together with MFP to give a calorie counter, the usual pedometer you'd expect it to be-though it knows if you're working hard or just casually, it's a sleep monitor and silent alarm - it vibrates, it's waterproof to 10m meaning…

Should add, the Fitbit also has the alarm function .......:-P

Did you take any measurements before and after? It's possible you toned more weight off but the water weight is holding the scales higher (if that makes sense)

Tbh I've had a £5 pedometer, a £15 Weightwatchers pedometer, my phone and a fitbit and have found the Fitbit to be the most reliable The £5 pedometer started getting inventive with its numbers and forgetting others, the WW pedometer broke right out of the box, and my phone won't track when I enter some buildings (lead…

I use both WW and MFP simultaneously, I've manually reduced my 30 PPs per day to 26 and my weekly 49pps to 10, but tbh I try not to touch them, I have them as an accidental overdraft feature if you like lol. The main thing I use MFP for is accounting for all the 'free' fruit and veggies I'm currently losing about 2lbs per…

I'm sure the body burns more calories staying warm during the winter months than in summer so that could possibly explain it

I buy clothes as I need to, for instance I've dropped from a UK 20/22 to a 16/18, so I'm wearing 16 tops and 18 bottoms, when they get lose I've already purchased some 16 bottoms as I can already do them up, albeit with a muffin top, so they don't fit completely yet! I've also bought a pair of jeans (see avatar) in my goal…

During my lunch most days I include a little fun size piece of chocolate usually maltesers or a freddo bar, but not always. As said moderation is the key and you've got to have a little of what you fancy or the diet isn't going to work long term x

No, I noticed the opposite, in that I had more energy. I eat healthy amounts of fruit, veg, fibre and protein and as said I find I'm able to do more and not feel hungry all the time

I'm doing WW AND MFP simultaneously, not to mention the little goal app that comes with fitbit lol I find the meetings help a great deal and keep up the motivation for weight watchers, are you attending their meetings? I also like the pro points as I can discard something on accept something based on the worked out points,…
