Decrease it. Especially the "ose" types of sugars that are added to processed foods. Real food is best. Get your sugar from whole foods like fruits in their natural state. That's what I'm trying to do. I've done it once and it was unbelievable the difference in how I felt. I'm in the process of doing it again. It's tough.…

No time to exercise. I had to eat out too much because of my hectic schedule. I'd had a rough day and I deserved to enjoy a nice big meal. Events always revolved around food. All excuses.

I lost 40 pounds in 2012 using this site. It was only when I got inconsistent and dishonest with myself in logging food that the weight started creeping back up. Since getting serious again, I'm down 11 pounds. It is an awesome tool. But you have to use it honestly:)
