Monitor mileage walked. The treadmills I use at my gym are off by about 80 calories from what my heart rate monitor says. So now I just use the mileage as a guide to help me increase distance.

Totally not true..at least in my case. I drink about a gallon of green tea a day..literally.. for over two years now and I can say that I haven't lost an ounce from drinking it.

I would definitely suggest you get a rice cooker. I got one a couple months ago and love mine. I've eaten more rice in the past couple months than I've eaten in my life. It's so easy to use. You won't be sorry.

I'd throw it out.. but that's just me. It's probably fine but I'm one of those individuals that pay attention to the expired dates on foods. I might eat it if it was a day...maybe two over the expiration date.. but even that is stretching it for me.

I agree with the poster that says to wear your regular bra and a sports bra. I have to do that as well.

I am in the same boat as OP. I tried the 30DS and found it was too hard on the knees. I'm looking for something lower impact and I find that Leslie Sansone's Walking dvd's are good. I wanted to try the Slim In Six dvd. I am wondering if that is something a larger woman (upper 200's) could do.

I thought it was just me. I am so bored with it. I don't want to quit it though. I do want to complete it. I'm only on day six, level 1. It's not only that I"m bored with it but the constant getting down on the floor and then up again is killing my knees. I really wish I had started with something a little less impact.
