I wish I had your issue. The "hungry all the time" posts outnumber the "not hungry" posts in the forums 10:1. :) So what's your secret?

I stopped reading the link after sentence #3: "Losing weight any faster than 2lb a week has been linked to problems such as gallstones (because it upsets the balance of cholesterol in the body)" Hogwash. Gallstones occur because very low calorie diets cause the gallbladder to excrete less bile. The bile becomes too…

OP, thanks for the link. I read it, I wasn't doubting cortisol's terrible effects, I was doubting that it is "stored in the stomach". Which of course t is not. Long term elevated cortisol levels can cause weight gain, not from something like cardio. Two things can cause long term elevated cortisol levels. Taking it as an…

Anyone remember "Supersize Me"? Morgan Spurlock made that "pseudo-documentary" - that supposedly proved fast food makes people fat. He was soon debunked though. Another producer lost weight eating at that same McDonalds! (12 pounds in a month) People continue to believe that eating "junk" automatically makes you obese.

You forget there are a lot of thin bald men walking the earth. I'm not talking about hair loss from malnutrition or other factors. I am talking about male pattern baldness. MPB is totally genetic. If you have hair follicles sensitive to androgens, then you will lose your hair soon after puberty. The lifespan of your hair…

I usually divide out my chicken breast meat in 10-12 ounce portions. And I weigh it uncooked also. In my opinion, you are just fine.
