Dear Meg: Since you have some spare time on your hands, please help me solve the following equation:
-
"Health Documentary" - i.e. Infomercial in disguise. Hold on to yo wallet.
-
Preach! Preach! Please share how you are succeeding. :)

I've re-started so many times MFP gave me 900 frequent flier miles. :o
-
I am doing better now that I gave up using mayonnaise. (as a beverage)
-
Eat a sugar cube. 15 calories.

All of the OP's flaggers are apparently living here:
-
Former WW guy here also. I liked the WW online tools much better, but couldn't resist the fact that MFP is free. Welcome!

My birthday.

It is quite common to crave the items you eliminate from your diet. You can either continue to eliminate it and live with the craving - or allow yourself to believe the item isn't evil and just practice portion control.

I sneaked some into Chloe's cat food this morning. Now she is a sourpuss.
-
Welcome to MFP and congratulations on your great success so far. :)

A roller coaster will make your heart beat faster too, but won't help you lose weight. I love coffee the natural way. It clears my head in the morning. But it has no effect on weight loss, sorry. :\ And sorry, but fad supplements will always cause some negative comments. It's not anything against the user.

It happens to everyone at times, not to make your dilemma less frustrating. The only answer is to get up, and get back on track. That really is the only answer. You did it before, you can do it again.
-
For me, it's getting my fat carcass out of bed every morning.

@derekj222 - here's a tip. Right after using, unplug it and put a wet paper towel on the grill and close it. Wait ten minutes. The steam from the paper towel will do all the work. Then just sponge it off under running water, just don't immerse it.

Your diary looks good, dear. Although there are a few incomplete days. And you really didn't start logging until Oct. 13th. Please don't give up hope. An 8 pound gain seems crazy, do you have a good accurate scale? If so, that has to be water retention.
-
on top of this page click settings, then click diary settings, go to bottom of that page and you can adjust there. :)
-
Gained 8 pounds on 1300 calories a day, hmmm. Something is wrong here. You might want to make your diary open for best recommendations.

The 5:2 "documentary" was quite deceptive, imo. The day after his 500 calorie day, they show him pigging out on fast food. It suggests you can "eat anything you want" on your non-fasting days. The problem is, you can't do that and expect to still lose weight. I was more interested in the anti-inflammatory effect of…

I have the very basic original GF grill and the best advantage is the speed. It will cook a burger in four minutes, a chicken breast in ten. Jut make sure you pre-heat it, and it will brown the meat well. I have the one with un-removable plates, and have had no problem washing it under running water, just don't totally…

It's an MFP glitch that has happened since the forums upgrade. Most new accounts show a deactivated status. I'm sure OP is still here, don't fret.
-
@50sFit - soooo, if you are still considered overweight (but with much lower bodyfat %) are you still "straining" your heart, as FatFreeFrolicking claims?
-
congrats on your great success ! well done.
-
yes, yes it does. I don't think the mods deactivated him. Doesn't make sense to do that, and leave his dozens of flagged recipes behind. They would have been removed too.
-
Not only eating fat. Anything you eat makes the gallbaldder contract, my doctor told me. I was getting the pain from even eating an apple! You will be better after the removal.
-
Thanks for sharing.
-
I read somewhere that was his 6th account here. He will be back, don't fret.

I have an app that administers an electric shock when I go over on my calories. So far it's working. But I can hardly sit down.

ahh, your ticker is fixed. Great.
