  • I always cross check with the label and frequently correct entries. Every now and then I come across an item that has several validations but doesn't jive with my label. I guess the manufacturer made small changes to the product and what was once correct is now incorrect.
  • Congrats. I'm in the same boat. For 3-4 years my Cholesterol has been 200 and two weeks ago I tested at 150, despite having started to eat eggs again. I now eat about 6-8 eggs a week but daily exercises and veggies + fruit every day helps.
  • I find MFP protein goal to be to be way too low and changed my goal to about 0.7g/lbs. I still go over but I don't mind since it's usually at the expense of carbs.
