I AM AT 235 AND HAVE HAD A HARD TIME TAKING IT OFF MY DR TOLD ME TO EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A DAY SO I AM WALKING 1 MILE AND RIDING MY STANDARD BIKE 2 TIMES IF YOU WANT TO TALK AND BE FRIENDS THEN ILL BE THERE FOR YOU ALSO. MY GOAL IS AT LEAST 150

its hard working out alone i dont have anyone again since my hubby just cant walk much. there are no gyms close and i dont drive anymore so whats next a standard bike is my friend

my dietician calculated my calories for me . i always try to stay under my calories then if i slip then i dont kill myself for it but others can help you also
