  • Thanks I do like the reminder on, Remember my goal. Sweets is part of my lifestyle to not feed into that thought. But if I want a sweet I will take your advice.

  • THIS IS A HEATHY SNAKE, NOT FEEL GUILTY WHEN EATING. WHIP CREAM REGULAR OR LIGHT., GRAHAM CRAKERS, 2 CRAKERS. PUT INBETWEEN 2TSP OF THE WHIP CREAM. THEN PUT THEM IN THE FRIZER LEAVE THEM FOR 1/2 HOUR OR WHEN YOUR READY TO EAT. VERY GOOD SNACK , HOPE YOU LIKE.
