healthy snack foods

If anyone knows of any good tasting healthy snack foods, feel free to share! Snacking is my weakness (usually on junk food...), but I figured if I had some healthy things to snack on around the house, it wouldn't be so bad. Thanks!

Veggies, hummus, fruit (in moderation), the laughing cow light cheese is only like 35 calories a wedge, combine that with a serving of healthy crackers0

My downfall is snacking as well and I have 4 kids in the house so we typically have a ton of snacks. I have a hard time JUST eating fruits and veggies so I started looking for snacks that were a better choice. For me it's all about quantity. I would rather eat 23 pretzel thins instead on 3 tiny Rollos. I recently found reduced fat cheese puffs from Trader Joes; you can eat like 35 for 130 cals or smart pop makes a 100 cal bag. Now that it is getting hot (at least where I live) I bought the Dryer's sugar free popsicles that are 25 cals each. My personal fav is light mozzarella sting cheese - about 60 cals per stick. In regards to fruit, I find that if I cut up a watermelon or cantaloupe and have it already ready I will pick at that. Hope this info helps0

100 cal pack almonds, chobani yogurt, light string cheese, wasa crackers (I get light rye) with peanut butter/laughing cow cheese, kashi granola bars, carrots with roasted red pepper hummus, apple with peanut butter... mmm snacks0

Nuts (though they are energy-dense and you don't need many).
Fruit and veg.
Air-popped popcorn.
Light soups, if you have time.
Hard boiled eggs.
Ryvita crackers, oatcakes or wheat bix (which can also be eaten dry).
Non-fat, unsweetened yoghurt.
A glass of lite milk with a drop of vanilla essence.
Baked beans.
For a larger snack, cheese on toast or peanut butter on toast.0 -

I am really liking the South Beach diet bars. They're about 140ish calories and quite tasty. I don't eat very many though because I don't want to have too much fiber! ;-)0

I snack daily, I usually eat small cups of chocolate sugar free mousse (they're only 60 calories and it takes care of the chocolate craving). Cereal bars, granola bars, peanuts (I really like them, but they are high in fat, though good fats - it's hard for me to eat only a serving). Strawberries are good snacks and really low in calories and wheat thin crisps are delicious - I those!0

Having the melon cut ahead of time really does help!
I love snacking on special k protein bars or apples with peanut butter!0 -
I eat lots of fruit, and nuts. However, if I have a craving for something bad eg. chocolate, I find it better to eat say 2 squares of high quality chocolate and satisfy the craving, rather than a load of junky 'low sugar'/'low fat' diet alternatives that just make you hungrier!
A couple of squares of a good quality (85% cocoa) chocolate bar aren't that bad calorie wise.0 -
Veggies and greek yogurt dip!0
