Get fitted!!! I found that the sneakers were no more expensive than anywhere else, and if you get "last season's" shoes they're even cheaper. Either way...GET FITTED!!!

I can't speak for others, but I started going to the gym 3-4 days a week and strength training the beginning of November. since then I've only lost 3 lbs, but gone from a tight 12 to a very comfortable 10 jeans, soooo..................

Throw frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker with salsa (NO water needed) in the morning. When you get home shred them with a fork, add some fat free sourcream, and stir. I use this mixture in tortillas, to make chicken enchiladas, over salad, and my husband grabs a fork and eats it cold out of the refrigerator.

I use the calories burned number from my HRM and have lost weight using that number. I think it's considerably more accurate than MFP. BTW I burn right around 500 calories an hour in the gym doing weights.

Agree!! I was logging it under strength training in the cardio section of the MFP database, but when I got my Polar I found I was burning more than double what MFP was giving me.........TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!
