I just try to keep the good numbers over the recommended (fiber and protein) and the bad numbers under (carbs, fat, sodium, and calories). I also customized my macros to eat more protein and fiber, and less carbs, fat, and sodium. I also don't track sugars, as I eat a lot of fruit, especially in the summer.

I've noticed that many folks with extreme views can be EXTREMELY pushy with those views.

You got your metabolism revved up while working out a lot. It's still up there, and burning the food you eat, but IT WILL CRASH AGAIN if you don't get re-started.

Most of my days, the majority of my calories come from snacks. I eat pretty healthy snacks, but a lot of them throughout most days. I think if you stay within your calorie goal, and eat healthy, it doesn't matter if it's spread throughout the day, or lumped in to 3 meals.

Pay attention to how fast you're biking, that'll make the difference in the calorie burn.

Read all the posts on here about HCG drops. that is a horribly dangerous diet....500 calories consumed a day, seriously, of course you'll lose but NOT in a good way.

Don't do it, just like alcohol, it only fixes it temporarily and you just wake up with the same problem AND a hangover (food & regret hangover in this case). Be strong, and know you did a good thing, there's always the next paycheck. :happy:

I don't remember where I found it, but I found mine (sf/ff mocha big train) 16oz for 222 calories, if that helps.
