It depends on what you have your daily activity level set at. Are you set at sedentary? If so, log the mall time

I just started week 2 of C25K and it's certainly getting harder, but I'm not cramping, are you drinking enough water?

No advice, sorry. I'm the same way, I curse the "eat everything that can't outrun me" days, and kind of love the other days.

In the past, when I was thin and worked out a lot, I had a very irregular cycle (even missing months all together).

Do you have a Wonder Bread or Snyders outlet store? If so, that's a good place to get the expensive whole grain breads and english muffins at a discount.

I don't know that it speeds up the metabolism, but I've read on reputable sights that the ph in it neutralizes soduim. I HAVE noticed that I never have swelling in my hands when I walk or run anymore, so i'm sure it's true.

Get some spandex shorts, like the kind bicyclists wear.

Find some children's musical dvd's, (when my kids were little I had Disney Sing-a-Longs) and involve the kids in dancing aroud the room with wild abandon. They'll think you're the coolest person ever, and you'll be burning cals. :happy:

I replaced my 222 calorie daily sugar free/fat free mocha with 2 cups of calorie free green tea. I can't say I feel any different, except that I have 222 extra calories to enjoy. :drinker:
