It absolutely works for me. I always drink PLENTY of water, but I also have a fairly high sodium intake. I got the Blackberry Torch and MFP is sooo easy to use on it.

Weight from eating poorly takes 3 days to show up, so don't be shocked when (after a couple good days) the weight flucuates up a little. It will go away though, so don't fret too much.

Agree, if you can't go to a doctor, then keep your exercises NO impact. build strength without putting stress on that knee.

Go to a shoe store (not a big sporting goods store) that sells multiple brands of shoes and get fitted with the right pair for your feet. I loved NB, but found out after a fitting that I should be wearing Brooks. OH MY GOSH they are more comfy. BTW I have a high arch also

I run alone; it's my "alone time." No one disturbs me, the phone doesn't ring, etc., etc., etc. Revel in your time. :happy:

Your feet are probably swelling when you run, may need a 1/2 or whole size bigger shoe.

I underestimate my exercise calories burned all the time; it gives me a buffer in case any of my calories consumed are underestimated in the database.

If you're eating a healthy low fat diet it won't help at all; if you're not it will keep you in the restroom with ghastly side effects. So, it's only legitimate claim to fame is that is keeps you on the straight and narrow (diet wise) out of fear of the consequences! :sick:

I don't doubt you have, and some of the reviews said theirs were more accurate. However, the majority said it wasn't accurate, or that it was the same or very close to mfp.
