I have a cheat day once a week where I can basically eat whatever I want. Its only helped my weight loss. Anytime during the week I feel myself tempted to eat ice cream or something, I tell myself, "I can have it if I wait until Saturday" and the craving quickly passes.

Might want to stay away from almonds then. They have cyanide in them.

Unsalted mixed nuts. I can eat them on their own or mix them in with oatmeal or fruit salad.

I've always added extra vegetables to my Lean Cuisines. I'll heat up some peas and carrots or broccoli on the stove, and in the last minute or so of microwaving the meal I'll throw in the extra veggies.

If you have a Starbucks near you, they've started putting out little boxed meals that are pretty healthy and low calorie. I haven't had one yet but they look really tasty. When I'm in a rush I usually grab yogurt, fruit or a protein bar.
