You are still recovering from illness, you need a few more days rest. Your body will thank you. You will be back just as strong next week.

You don't need to be attractive to everyone though, just that one special person. Have you identified that person yet and do they know you like them? Them knowing you like them is a good start, even if you crash and burn. Life is short, and happiness might be right around the corner.

I've lost 50lbs by just hitting my daily calorie allowance. I would not go making it too complicated.

More MFP friends would be awesome.

You must have eaten calories when you put weight on, how come you can't reach the calorie goal now? Have a slice of pizza or 50 grams of cheese. Buy some protein powder and make a shake.

Awesome!!

Take a walk. Does you wonders.

I've run several marathons in the past and get knee pain and 9 times out of 10 it is related to tight muscles pulling on your knee cap. The pain and tenderness is likely due to tension in the upper muscle band that connects…

Feel free to add me, all being well I'll be logging my calories with MFP for decades to come once I reach maintenance next year.

I believe it's all about time and genetics. A lady commented on another thread that she finally lost the lose skin after 4 years in maintenance.
