Carbs and dairy. Just try to replace one of your meals with more complex carbs and try almond milk, just to see if it makes a difference. Dairy makes me super bloated, as well as those refined carbs in cereals. :)

I've been overweight my whole life, and when I tried to lose, I would yoyo like crazy. This is the highest weight I've ever been in my life.
