So what is the proper fact, i dont see you proposed an alternative. IF OP made diet without dietician it easy to see how malnutrition could come to be even on vegetarian, when eating on not enough calories.

malnutrition can be the case. Eat more vegetables and fruit. Proper meat to get iron or some beans. Or if you were on vegan/vegetarian diet.

it depends for obsessive people can be bad to weigh daily. Weigh in daily with proper mindset can be helpful, you can see the trend. Easily you can compare if you are on track when weigh daily. Its not a end of world if you ate at deficit and you see spike in weight and know its water, and food in digestive track.

started to weigh ins myself daily at 7/28 and love it. Sometimes is up 2 lbs but shows graph report nicely. Ya can check in on reports. But you need to have healthy mind to do daily. If you put too much focus on daily weight its not too good for you. What matters is long term weight.

dunno, maybe you are deep sleep eater(you eat while asleep). And after eating in sleep you dont vomit it. Dunno its divination at this point for me. Check your fridge carefully after night.

sounds like me, my nemesis was always holidays/ easter and christmas. Where there my family make lot of tasty food. Then i stopped near this time "coincidentally"

i think raw celery is the closest to being negative calories, but not the other vegetables, and you need to eat it by mouth(and in small bites) not in some vegetable drink. Celery is not easily eaten, other vegetables are easy to eat.

Approximate vegetable counting is still better than no counting, so if ya dont have weight scale/ like eating in restaurant or outdoor. Still count.

its impossible mathematically. As you need 6.25 month to get 50 pounds to lose at 2lb/per week. Try more realistically 30-35 pounds(1-1,5lbs per week). More proteins, moderate carbs. Did simple math: 5lb is 17500 calories, 200(calories deficit daily i calculated your calorie burn daily at 2200 calories)*30(days)*4(months) is 24000 calories. 24000-17500= 6500 calories inacurracy. So you did not do as that bad as you paint it.

knowing portion sizes is not enough it must be weighted by food scale and logged. Its easy to go over calorie limit when not weighting. Size is not enough. 3x in 250g for meals(just an example), versus 3 x 325g is clear 225 gram difference. which can be a lot in term of calories goal.

unless you have food scale and weight your food, walking can be not enough. Ya need to be accurate with counting. In term of weight loss food scale is best investment.

there is no way back, buy a small bag of chips tomorrow. Then eat it. Don't buy medium or big cause they will be eaten by the hungry monster. OR ya can try medium sized oven baked chips (for example lays oven baked chips)they have less fat. Ofc still this must be counted in the calorie goal. I personally dont eat chips…

aye i did lose 28lbs currently, but there was better time, where i lost 42 lbs. Then i did not stick to mfp and the result was gaining some of it back. I think when i get to my goal weight, i will still log my maintenance, to stay at it. 5 years only 28lbs, but this year will be better as my goal is clearer.

frozen techniques are so advanced, heck even better sometimes than eating fresh vegetables that were in transit as frozen vegetables are ripe and frozen, while transit ones are picked barely young to survive transport. That's why local food is also best.

indeed i have oversimplified stuff, i have no problem with eating processed myself(i get a mix of both) as i can regulate that into calorie goal. Just there is clear difference between those food. its too high of a goal by the christmas, but you can get it there by the next summer, if you will stick to it. There will probably be ups and downs.
