I thought the same! im amazed at your weight tho! do you have a small frame? 1900 a day? gosh, im having trouble getting it off with 1500/day... what do you eat? exercising 4/wk.

my response was geared toward a woman, for a man that is WAY too low! my husband is same height and 155, lean muscle but way to skinny! find another trainer.

135 is the lowest weight recommended for your height- any chart you google will tell you that . I am also 5'9 and weigh about the same. personally 135 makes me look anorexic. my target weight is btwn 148-150, but with tone, lean muscle. at that weight I am a size 8 and I feel my best. good luck, but I think that is too low…

it all starts with what you eat...start by making small changes to eating habits; main meals with small snacks in btwn. once you reach the goal of eating more frequently, start making better choices; then add exercise once you've got a handle on the food intake.
