Youre awesome! :). Im giving my self a 6 month run as well...with heavy weights to recomp. I am doing 21 day fix right now until June and then Im doing p90x3. On the days p90x may lift a lot, I will do my heavy lift days in the gym instead. I have a loooot of work to do. You all may not seeit but I have big goals and my…

How can i take my pics down

...and thank you for also adding to reasons why i dont put pics on the web at all.

Soooo back to real comments and insightful advice....i thank you

thank you but you DEFINITELY can get abs. a 6 pack is hard to achieve regardless but thats just about getting rid of the fat (as you have stated) so that your abs can show. Once you get to your lower body fat percentage (or even now) work your stomach muscles so that they are more visible. Some people just have to work…

@CarlydogsMom I also used herbalife which I refuse to use ever again though it cut my fat down drastically. Now that I eat real food and mostly plant based my fat % is dropping well...just slower.
-
i do have a comparative before and after. However the after in my comparative picture I was 6 lbs lighter (149) and my body fat % was a 21. Its definitely not that now. I had just finished boxing and I was dancing CONSTANTLY...dancing more than my first pic and definitely more than now. This was when I initially lost the…

hey guys I finally got a pic. yes I blotted out my face. Not really ready to have my images online like that. And I may delete it from this post soon. This is last year when I was dancing more heavily. I picked up a bit more fat since then because my schedule got busy and I havent danced as much....barely. But...Ive lost a…

ah! :) thaaanks. ok so I guess I'll pose this question to everyone since theres a different of opinions. Guys...can i transition from heavy weights to body weight maintaining my muscle gain? I plan to transition once I meet my goal and do not wish to gain anymore....
-
i know but i dont understand your sentence. its not making sense to me: "thats not hows muscle atrophy" what are you saying...
-
im sorry i dont understand your response...

Well my expectation is to see little by little change. Trust me...I get excited and motivated off a little crease so Im quite alright with slow progress just as long as theres progress. My end goal is just to be more lifted, rounded and firm, and have defined muscles (majorly in my stomach shoulders and thighs. How…

ooooh noooo! thats not good news:(:(:(. I really want to lift my own body weight for the long run ....not dumbbells. So basically I need to choose one or the other:(?
-
ok I will definitely keep that in mind. My legs are the ones that lack the most form and have the most fat so i do hope youre right. It seems impossible to tighten these things up.
-
thanks guys. Im looking forward to the slow process. Im ok with me being the only one to notice as long as I notice! lol. I see myself nude and so will my future husband. Thats the part that counts to me lol.
-
hey guys! Whats the expectation?...Like...how long does it take to see some change at my height and weight (5'6" 150lbs)
-
very nice! how long have you been lifting? you have any before pics?
-
:) I'll keep that in mind
-
yes sir:)! I thank you so much

Sounds good for my start:):) I like the idea of that. Im realizing through all your post that most importantly I need to take it one day at a time. Can body recomposition happen while heavy lifting or would i have to lift less to accomplish this?
