I totally believe my severe depression had something to do with my undiagnosed Celiac's Disease. I find when I accidently get "wheated" I get depressed for days afterwards.

Wow! You do look really great. I don't think I would be able to eat what you ate for most of the time. Are you hungry a lot or did you get used to eating so little?

I am sending you peace and blessings and the willpower to loose weight. Quit drinkinking the pop it just makes you crave more to eat. I am always trying not to drink it. I am 3 weeks off it again.
