I just purchased this heart rate monitor and im almost ready to throw it out the window smh.... but thru trial and error i think im starting to get the hang of it ... it requires work to learn how to use it... im so use to my old one i just put in it press start and the calories start showing ...is there a easy way to see…

I try not to eat those calories burn back unless i am really hungry then i wont feel guilty or have to worry about going over

Just tried Zumba basic steps last night its rather fun :-) I love Chalean's turbo jam awesome and the music is catchy... I have the xtreme and I plan to try it this weekend ... good luck and wish me luck chalean is a beast :-)

I say log them ... it help keep track of the exercise you have done for the week... we just have to be mindful of what we are eating and keep the deficit in order to lose.... good luck we all know its extremely hard... if you fall one day just get back up the next day..

Nope didn't stick my finger down my throat not a fan of that ... the food just didnt agree with my stomach or they serve me some not so fresh food...and since im logging calories just wanted to get other people's opinion thanks :-)

I believe in rewarding yourself with something you enjoy ...it is best to keep it in moderation and once a week or once every two weeks is great I find that it helps me not to go overboard.
