In counting calories, if the meal you have just eaten doesn't stay down do you still subtract those calories from your calorie balance allotted for the day?

Maybe 75%? Unless I was weighing one for one to make sure it all came back up I'd leave 25% in just in case, that's what I usually do anyway.

Do you frequently have trouble keeping food down?

The real question is why the food did not stay down adn you are silent on this so everyone reading this post has the same question I do. If you have stomach flu or other illness, I am sorry to hear this. If you stuck your finger down your throat or got drunk and threw up, GET HELP. Sorry, but I am not ***** footing around.
  • that's what I was thinking since you really have no way of knowing exactly.
  • Nope didn't stick my finger down my throat not a fan of that ... the food just didnt agree with my stomach or they serve me some not so fresh food...and since im logging calories just wanted to get other people's opinion thanks :-)
  • No usually I don't have a problem keeping food down.... I was just wondering
