same position as you, monday-friday I am able to eat clean but sunday dinners are tough because im at my parents for supper, so what I do is just designate that meal as the "cheat".

if you are hungry, eat something. in my opinion, its ok to eat (or go over your MFP calories) aslong as the food you are eatting is whole - unprocessed and will provide your body with some nutritional values..

I walk to and from school (approx 60 minutes there and back) and jump rope everyday(30 minutes) - everyother day I add a dumbell session that includes 3 sets of pushups, bicep curls and overhead arm presses.

breakfast is the only meal that is 100% the same 100% of the time, bowl of cereal (corn flakes 99% of the time), 400ml of no sugar almond milk and of course a cup of black coffee. I feel like my routine is so perfect that im scared to change it one bit, I once went to the store at 1am because I realised I had no cornflakes…

supper is one i look forward to the most, after a hard day working/school aswell as any workouts, I get to relax and enjoy a nice, nutritious supper
