  • Hey Girl! Doing my first Spartan on April 13 and possibly signing up for the tough mudder in October. I'm a member of a bootcamp but am trying to run 3 miles 3x per week to get ready.What are you doing to prepare?
  • I don't wake up as early as you, but I do wake up at 5:30 and take a bootcamp class at 6am. I usually eat a half of a banana. However, my issue is actually waking up and getting out of bed (this is new for me). Any suggestions?
  • Sounds like we're in a similar boat. I have a long commute and workout after work, therefore I am not home until 8 or sometimes 9. What I'm learning is that preparation is the best method.
