And here I thought something was wrong with me! I guess its a lot more common than I thought! I too get crazy strong cravings when I eat a lot of carbs (or rather a normal amount), gain weight, become bloated, and extremely fatigued.

Been researching this product. The honey came home from work (he works with a few body builders, one that recommended it) so we're thinking of buying the product tomorrow. Can't wait to see how it'll work into our diet and exercise routines :) Will post periodically to update weight loss and side effects if any

I'm Brandie, 27, and my current goal is to get under 200. I'm currently 213. My ultimate goal is to be under 164 (my highest healthy BMI for my height 5'8''). So, I guess for the 6 week challenge I'd like to get under 200! :drinker:

I haven't been doing this long, not long at all actually. I LOVE to eat, and what I've noticed is eating lots of protein and fiber keeps me fuller longer and I've eaten things like Tuna Steaks *fresh from you grocer* DELICIOUS! Filling, and low fat too! :) Lots of veggies and water too! :happy:
