The past 3 days, I have had a shake around 745ish and then when I get hungry I have been eating a lowfat yogurt. Then eating a regular lunch and supper. Oh and I have been drinking atleast 32 oz of water between breakfast and lunch. I dont mind the taste of these shakes, but I do put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes…

I was always hungry by 9 a.m. AFTER eating breakfast, I read if I ate ate more protein it would keep me full longer. IT HAS! And less calories and I dont get hungry until around 11:45. My lunch break is at noon, so it works perfect for me. Thanks for your input :)

My 9 year old has to pin her socks together, or I wont wash them. We havent had any rust issues yet. My year olds socks get put in a laudry bag with a zipper and get washed that way.

Sometimes the jumbing jacks hurt my knees, so i do a fast marching in place or the Billy Blanks Butterfly move. So I would just do another cardio move will Jillian is doing the butt kicks, jumprope or jumping jacks.

I am on workout 9 of the 1st level, honestly I am getting kinda bored with level 1. Its still a challenge, but I think I am ready to move on...but after reading this.................I am scared! lol.
