I felt that way too tonight. I forcced myself to do the Shred, I even set my timer on my phone so i could "count down" the 20 minute workout. I felt much better after the workout! Good luck, hope tomorrow is a better day for you :)

That's what I figured I will do too. Honestly, level one is still kicking my butt! My abs are killing me more now on workout 7, then they did the first workout. What kind of results did you have?

I am having a pity party myself...as I type! And these stinking sunchips dont make me feel better. With each crunch, I think i hear "hey, you were over on calories today....what are you doing eating more?"

Hello! Have you tried chiropractic? I had knee problems too and my Chiropractor (who was my boss at the time) would adjust my knee. It would feel GREAT after he adjusted it. It is, and I found it on Walmart.com for cheaper than just going to walmart to buy it. And you will need hand weights.

I AM GONNA MAKE MYSELF STICK WITH THIS! Level one isnt too bad. I was pooped by the time it was over, but I am sure I can stick with this routine. I get bored and quit or just give up bc I dont see results! I WANT YOUR RESULTS! :)

I am on DAY 3 OF THE SHRED!!! Wow, this workout will have you kicking you in your butt...for real! I hate the butt kicks...but all in all....LOVE the workout!

I weigh myself every morning. I write down my weight on a piece of paper in the bathroom (I like to keep track), but only log my Friday weight. If it goes up--i log it, if it goes down I log it and then do a happy dance! :)
