I'm doing P90X as well. You are going to have to manually right them. I have no problems, I have a HRM and know how many calories I'm burning with each workout.

watch your sodium intake. I went way over my sodium today. Usually, I'm good about that.

I try to eat half my exercise calories. If I eat all of them I will never lose weight. I am a very active person. My job (UPS) requires handle 50lb +/- packages everyday, I burn about 1200 calories on the job. When exercising, I tend to burn 550 on average. I have a goal of 1950 calories a day. They say your net calories are suppose to equal your calorie goal. I'm not really buying that. If you are hungary, eat something, if not don't worry about it. I'm not an expert or anything, just giving my opionion.

I have a timex ironman hrm that is pretty decent, the polar brands are the best bet. And if you go to Amazon.com you will save if you go to the store and buy a HRM.

looks like you hit a weight loss planteau. Try zig zaging your calories/ cardio and strength training. But don't go by your weight go by how your clothes fit

strenght training helps alot too. You need to mix up cardio and strenght. Alternate days. Cardio/ strength

The only thing, that I can see is having plastic surgery. Once the skin has been stretched, 99.5% of the time it won't bounce back to it's orginal form.

oatmeal is good to have before you workout, it's the body's natural fuel souce. Banana's are also good. The body can burn it faster. After a workout, I always have a protein shake right after.

I doing P90X and I put it under Cardiovascular and when weights/ resistance bands I still use cardio but I look up Strength training, I hope this helps.

yeah, it's sad, but that's what happens when he decided to get behind the wheel after he had been drinking. He tweeted photo's of him and his buddy (the one who he killed) taking shots at 1am. It's hard to have sympathy when people do stupid stuff.

I would say either cardio, ab work or strength training. Another option is having skin removal. Once the skin is stretched, it usually won't bounce back.
