ask your doctor if you can go on probiotics. I wouldn't recommend running a marathon if you will be on antibiotics. They can weaken tendons.

probably not. Look at my net calories...... Today I consumed 1700 calories and only netted 700+. Too, me that net calorie isn't a big deal for me. I'm still losing about .5lbs to a 1bs a week.

you could gain weight. Carbs are our bodies fuel source, and if we don't use our carbs they get turned to fat cells. I think this is correct. I hope this answered your question.

Yes, you should keep track of your sodium. Too much and you will retain water/ gain weight and it messes with your blood pressure. I try to stay around 1200-1400.

I'm on my 2nd round of P90X. When I first started the program by whole body was sore. I've droped 24lbs and 3-4 inches off my waist.

you only eat 500 calories a day on this HCG diet. Seems kindof dangerous. Can't believe some Doctors actually back this.

I'm using Shakeology and I have not had any "bathroom" incidents. I make a shake once a day. And it's nothing like a protein shake. It is expensive, but worth every penny!

Don't know if this is answering your question, but inorder to burn calories, you have to get your heartrate up. (If you think your heart rate is to hight, you might want to talk to your Doctor about this?)

correct. you burn fat when you do any type of cardio activity (strengthening the heart and lungs). weights are toning up the "lose" areas.

Have you been watching your sodium intake. To much sodium can cause you to retain water.

George Forum is the best. I grill chicken, hamburgers, chicken burgers, steaks. etc...... ( i get all this from Omaha Steaks- very lean and grass fed.)

If you use a HRM, get one with a strap. Polar right up there, if you can't afford a Polar, I'm using am Ironman HRM. It's pretty good. I think I may purchase my self a polar FT6.
