awesome job, I just started phase 3 of P90X. Do you have anyplans of getting P90X2.

don't totally agree with the whole "net calorie" thing, there are days where I work out in the even and that puts my net calorie at about 300 when I actually ate on average 1800 to 2000 calories. Now if I workout in the afternoon I can get my net calories up to 1000 to 1200.

you have hit a weight loss plateau. try uping your calories and change your exercise routine

you consume under 1200 calories day, doesn't sound very healthy. And you work out 5 times a week? You should be at least eating 1800 calories. To answer you question, having a few drinks of wine on the weekend, shouldn't be a problem

record everthing, do some static and ballistic streching when you waiting to get back in the game.

If you are not eating enough calories (i.e. eating only 500 a day) your vision can be impaired.

yes, i know I said that...... but why eat all my exercise calories back? I tried that and I gained. is there some scientific equation going on that i'm not aware of?

pull ups and pushups help with the back. And good old fashion cardio helps

It doesn't matter if you are 3ft or 6ft, you still have to eat at least 1200 calories, if you are eating less your body will begin to start eating muscle.

walking is the best exercise. Compared to running, you will burn the same amount of calories when you walk.

I'm always over my sugar intake too, but I eat alot of foods with natural sugar, I wouldn't be too worried about.

the 1st week for me was killer, every muscle in my body was sore, but I kept on going. I'm now in phase 2. Keep at it.... you are doing great.
