Thanks everyone, I have started to do a group exercise class a wk too now just to mix it up a bit. I am still doing my small bit of running on treadmill I haven't ran outside yet (I also don't have anyone to run with as most of my friends aren't really into fitness or they just do the gym). Will look at couch to 5k though…

It takes a while to think of yourself as a different size for ages after losing my weight I was still picking up the wrong sized clothes because in my mind I was still that size (I know that probably doesn't make sense). Maybe upping your exercise might help. You have done so well getting to where you are today keep at it…

We spend about £90 on food/cat food/cleaning stuff that's for 2 adults and 2 children, I don't think it's that bad But with veg I normally buy frozen unless it's onions, mushrooms, spinach etc.. I always buy tin tomatoes or passata cos I always make my own pasta/Spag Bol etc... sauce. I think your own personal budget will…

Will give them a try in the morning with the microwave to see what happens lol. Regarding the oats so simple person yeah it's a big bag but it's not the Scottish oats your thinking if they are more ground down and look brown lol (they don't sound appealing the way I have described lol)
-
I normally do buy them but I brought oatmeal cos I thought you would be able to cook it in the microwave ????????
-
Does overnight oats mean the ones you eat cold with yogurt? Cos I don't really like them. Thanks for all the other ideas I will try cooking night before and warming them back up but any other ideas are still welcome ????
-
Can I say these freeze really well too ???? so if you freeze them a min or two defrost in microwave and then cook it's quicker than a takeaway ????
-
You can really see a difference well done ???????? your doing great ????
