I did the skipping on my lino flooring it was quite hard but I don't think it's as hard as concrete outside, sounds sore :s

Ohhhh ok cool read that post with tired eyes, so it's not HIIT but interval training I get it now. I managed to last almost 9 mins doing the 20secs fast and 30 secs slow wow it was harder than I thought and I am sweating :D I enjoyed it so will defo do it again

Oh ok, I normally go running but haven't been able to get out in a while due to child care issues so I thought skipping might help keep my cardio levels up and help me burn some calories :/ I want a quick workout with minimal equipment maybe skipping is not the way to go then :(

I just used that link above to estimate it, it said I was 29% body fat, which I am shocked about but in a good way as I expected a number a lot higher as I am still very very wobbly PMSL, gonna work my *kitten* off to try and get down lol

When I had gall bladder probs it was so bad I lived off grilled chicken breasts, quorn sausages, salad and jacket potatoes until my gallbladder was removed, now I can eat fatty foods again sometimes have issues if I over indulge PMSL although I still can't eat certain things like normal sausages as they make me feel sick :s

I think cos they haven't filmed it yet they will look at forums etc... And pick a character that people haven't focused on and chose them, either way we have to wait until October to find out for sure :(
