I get that off everyone, I am 5ft 4in and I weigh 9st 3lbs and everyone says oh you don't need to lose anymore but I don't listen to them anymore and just carry on with I am doing, maybe if they ask how much you wanna lose just say a bit more rather than your personal target

Mine was 10% smaller than what I thought, also found out I am a pear shape which I never knew before.

Me too, this heat is awful too hot to do anything. I am gonna do my DVD later in tonight when it's cooled down a bit just so I do it and don't miss another day, also have you tried chopping up watermelon and keeping it in the fridge it's lovely and refreshing in this heat and also it's a lot better than munching in ice…

Do you only have them on days you are working out?? Might try making some protein bars have seen a few recipes online

Thanks for the replies, at the min I am not allowed to eat too much meat (for medical reasons) so dunno if it's something I should try ???? how much protein should you have daily?? My diary is set to 20% is that enough??

Thanks for that will practise and then start doing them every other day ???? My goals are to burn body fat and to build my muscles wanna look defined (if that makes sense lol)

I find water melon or honey dew melon is a great for evening snacking and stops the sweet cravings (works for me but might not for you but give it a try ????)

Just a thought but is there anyway that you could cook healthy meals on your day off and portion them up and freeze so all you have to do is defrost reheat and add veg??

Hmmmm I don't eat processed foods as it is and my meat is always brought lean or extra lean. Will have to carry on as I am until I see him next and ask him how much fat per day (he did say none to me the other day) Thanks anyway guys much appreciated ????

My height is 5ft 4in Was: 11 stone 7lbs in 2011 Dress size 16 (this was a yr after having my 2nd child) Now: 9 stone 5lb Dress size 12 sometimes 10 or 14 depending on shops Goal is to fit into a size 10 in any shop lol

Dunno if I can get to a pool as hubby works on call out so he can't have the kids while I go incase he gets called out, don't have a bike either ???? things ain't really looking good for me at the min lol

Yeah I am working as hard as I can on 30day shred I am sweating when I do it, but haven't done it yesterday or today as I hurt my ankle when I was doing it (thanks to my daughter who pushed her toy buggy in front of me and I slipped)

Thanks everyone might try it tomorrow with the old fasioned porridge oats as dont have protien powder :-) was just worried it wasnt a good choice cos the whole meal replacement shake thing but you guys have convinced me its fine :-D normally i dont drink a lot of milk so it will help with the calcuim too

I didnt do day 3 today as we are decorating i just couldnt fit it in but am hoping to do day 3 tomorrow even if its in the evening as weridly i missed doing it this morning lol Suppose you coukd do the dvd in days off from gym maybe give it a try and see how you get on :-)

Feel fine now after a shower also forgot that i didnt have breakfast so thats prob why i felt sick lol, will make sure I do extra cool down stretches when i do it tomorrow (hopefully can fit it in everyday)

Oh gosh just done day 1 and it was a killer, i am actually shaking and feel sick its embarassing I am soooo unfit :-( Dont even know if i can even make it upstairs for a shower lol Also how do you log it in your excerise log as search and it didnt come up

Thanks everyone I am looking forward to starting this after easter (well looking forward to the results not the pain or soreness lol), although i dont have any weights I plan to use baked bean cans or bottles of water for now

Its a budget gym so they just showed me how to use the machines and explained which did what (and to be honest i wasnt sure what i wanted to get out of going so now have decided) but they didnt do a proper personal training session or anything as you have to pay for that

Never thought of drinking it cold thats a fab idea i normally get a organic lemon flavoured one but drink it hot i might try drinking it cold later, i have a blueberry one in my cupboard i hated when i drank it hot but it might taste better cold will give it a try :-D

I am not afraid of it the area we live in gets a bit dogdy at night and dont feel safe running alone incase anything happens to me also i dont have anyone to run with as hubby would be at home looking after the kids
