Go between November 15 and December 23. Less people, fine weather, extra attention for service.

When I go to Mexico (which is frequently) I go to the Palace Resorts. I suggest the Sun Palace (adults only) not too far from fun stuff in Cancun. It's 15 minutes from the airport. It's the #4 hotel in Cancun. http://www.palaceresorts.com/resorts/sunpalace…

I cut juice totally from my diet and eat whole fruits. I find juices have so "filling power" and are too high in calories for my liking. I drink water with 2-3 tsp of realemon juice and it has 0 cals.

Get back on the horse! And Happy Belated BDay! :)

I find my tummy reacts BADLY when I eat sweet stuff like a chocolate bar (not the high cocoa squares) or non-diet cola. Even maple syrup reacts badly. Refined sugars are like a painful laxative.

wheezing when tying my shoes.

I've done the 6 week challenge and log the time and calories under any wii fitness activity: Wii Fit Free Run How long? 35 mins Calories burned: 205 cals (THIS DATA IS WHAT THE WII ACTIVE GIVES YOU)

go moderate for 10 minutes and re-assess. If still sick, take a break.
-
Take the next couple of days and exercise to build up a calorie reserve to spend at the festival.

Go Coconuts! Very high in fat, but not 2000 cals. http://www.livestrong.com/article/318658-calories-in-raw-coconut/

Well done!! Be proud and keep up the effort.

You're working out more than me!! The exercise is not the means to weightloss, it is the means to healthy heart and muscles. The weightloss is a side effect. Keep working out and track your intake closely, including your vitamins and minerals. The weight should slowly go away.

I tried morning workouts but I set myself up for failure. Do the achievable first. Work with your fiance to make dinners every other day to allow you to workout at your peak energy levels.

If i know I'm going to have treats (ie: booze), I make sure I get some exercise in. I eat junk when I'm bored so 1. prepare some activities that you can do to keep you busy, and 2. have some YOU only snacks. Have your family keep you honest to yourself too. They should play a role in your healthy lifestyle.

Tru Dat! Papadums are super-mega-awesome!

Keep veggie platter type stuff, pita and hummus, pickled eggs, cubed cheese, nuts, etc in the fridge. Log the portions when you eat so you can track them.

Sounds like you need to visit a doctor. I posted twice but do not know how to delete a post. :(

avoid the bars and booze.

I exercise so I can drink booze on the weekends.

sounds like you're doing all the right things. Keep plugging away until the economy improves or use this opportunity to search for a better paying job. Cheers and best wishes.

find tolerable room-mates, pay-as-you-go cell phone plan, use library/starbucks wifi for internet, plan groceries and do cooking days and freeze for later. Find free banking. Not sure what's in the US for free banking though. Cancel cable. I agree about asking for reduced school loan repayments. Some of these i've done in…

Great job! Be proud! You have a great family for supporting you.

Keep doing it for yourself. Maintenance is a delicate balance and requires focus. Join some social sports groups and open your heart to like minded men who care about their health. You can always change your motivation once you reach your goals. :)

Good on ya!

I believe in erring on the side of under-reporting exercise. But log it nonetheless. Be sure to consider any portaging you do in your reporting.

Some travel, some charity, "righting" some wrongs. I'd also get a personal chef and trainer so I can achieve some physical fitness milestones. I'd also learn to fly.

Cut yourself some slack until your surgery heals but do what you can to reduce the slippage from your goals. Keep your goals but delay your arrival by a couple of weeks.

Stand or do squats while on a call. I do programming and QA testing and have had my desk raised to allow me to stand and work comfortably. You my need a higher chair when sitting to work but there is lots of info proving standing while working consumes quite a lot of calories compared to sitting.
