They are good in pasta and salads or on pizza. You can also make an artichoke dip and use cucumber slices, pita chips or bread to dip with.

My car is my office. All I bring is a large insulated cooler bag filled with whatever items I would normally eat. I haven't died from anything not being refrigerated. I have brought along wraps, fruit or veg slices, sandwiches, yogurts, fruit salads, veggies, salads of all kinds, stir fries, all kinds of left overs, water,…

Cut a butternut squash in half, scoop out the seeds, place face down on baking pan, bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, remove from the oven and let cool down enough to touch without burning yourself. Remove the skin and cut into cubes. In a pan on the stove top heat some coconut milk. Add the butternut squash and…

You can bring chili, pasta salad, baked chicken, lasagna, cabbage rolls, rice and beans, burritos, stuffed peppers, soups and stews, some sort of wrap, cheese and crackers. I don't think a microwave is necessary for any of these things. If you want something to stay warm use a thermos and an insulated lunch bag.

There are a zillion and one recipes online, I am certain you could find something to suit you. You were vague in the area of what types of foods you prefer. Do a search using your favorite food as the key ingredient. Sweet potato recipes.... Recipes with sweet potatoes... Google is your friend.

Just curious: Why do you make it a point to weigh the spaghetti squash only after cooking?
-
I weigh them raw. Sometimes I forget and have to weigh them baked. No biggie, as long as you are weighing and logging them. The database does have both options.
