Okay, silly question here, but unless you exercise, and burn what you eat daily (for instance 1200 calories) you won't start losing weight until you burn 1200 calories??

Perhaps I shouldn't drink so much then. I do feel a difference drinking it and not.

I've read that drinking this much water aids in weight loss. I have a 2L jug of water at my desk, and I drink it, but I just can't get myself to drink the other ounces I need. I'd like to drink a gallon of water, but it just seems impossible. I feel hydrated, I've never drank that much water in my life!
