Being that my starting weight was 316 pounds I try to give myself some lieu way into how I eat but all the slacking is causing me to gain! So I've been weighing constantly lately

I weigh my food all the time ever since I started weight loss. I started at 316 pounds and now or 2 weeks ago I was 247. could it be my body is use to the routine

I also do not eat that many calories a day. That is whats recommended for me toe at. I eat at least 1980

I never tried that. When I would lo When I would log it into MFP it says it is not enough calories for me

I eat 2480 calories a day. I do a lot of cardio. Things like kick boxing and running.... and other types of cardio workout and yes I weigh my food

You guys it stays the same weight for like 2 or three days

Yea I understand that, but I just do not understand why body is now fluctuating 3 pounds over throughout the day. It never fluctuated like this.

Also do you think that if it was fat some of my clothes would have been fitting different???

I believe so because I lost it very fast. Hopefully this week will be fat

Also I be on my feet all day!!! I even walked to curves and once I got there burned 345 calories. I then worked out just a few hours ago and still the weight is not moving! I am not even feeling full

Just finish my 60 in sets of 10 throughout the day

I tend to chew gum or drink water. I have now purchased the Quaker oat chewy bars, but I don't munch on them constantly. The only time I do is for a snack

I just finished my 55 squats also. Don't really have a particular vegetable.

I did my 45 in sets of 10. My goal is to be by 275 this week and yes I do need to lower my sodium intake because I love eating already processed meals because of my busy life. I'm so addicted to the ready made salads. I think the name of it is Bistro Bowl. It saves me a lot of time and its just 233 calories
