Hello you all, I did 4 sets of sqauts 10 each. Before I did them, I did a 20 minutes cardio resistance workout. My first sets of squats I did jump squats, 2nd set I did front squats using a kettle bell, 3rd set I did 10 squats while air punching, and 4th set I did 10 bar squats. Hello you all I did my squats and of course drunk a lot of water. I did not have the time to do an exercises before m squats because of going back and forth from school and work. However, I did do a lot of abdominal work out with my 5 pounds weights before m squats. I did 35 at once with a 10 pound sand filled kettle bell

Hey you all. I did 30 minutes at curves gym and also walked for 30 minutes. I then did my 25 squats using a bar weight.

Try to doing a lot of resistance activities in cardio activities, For instance, walking with weights is a good workout that is cardio resistance

It just depend on how much of it you eat. You can eat anything just in smaller portion. I also believes that it also varies with certain diets. I do well with counting calories.

I think it depends because some fruit has more sugars than others. If you like fruit eat apples or pears, I believe those fruits had less sugars. As for bananas eat those in the morning.

I haven't even started on counting calories. So far I have lost 36 pounds just by eating 3 meals a day and eating serving size and working out 2 times 30 mins a day. I may need to start counting my cals. I've found out recently I can eat at least 2,697 cals a day
