Hi, I checked with my physician and I do not have a detrimental causes due to my weight, but if I do not get the weight down back to normal then I eventually will.

I actually feel a lot more energized after lunch. Maybe I should quit those green smoothies. For some reason my body does not operate the same when I am off of them.

Hi you guys thanks for the input. For lunch I ate a big crispy chicken salad. I actually felt hungry once I stepped out for lunch. I also have an urge to pee now, but can't right now because I am a teacher and we have to wait until we have a chance lol!

I eat, but I have no appetite for anything else

I am not sure, but I drink tons of water. I carry around a big jug full of water to sip on throughout the day. I have not yet measured the the ounces of water that the jug can hold. The jug is empty by the time I leave work

Apples and grapes for lunch. I get a little hunger growl here and there, but it is not big where I want to down a whole big unhealthy meal or even a healthy meal

Thanks for the input. I have been without a period for a whole entire month! I blame it on not exercising and weight gain. This is the second time it has went on a hiatus. The first time it went missing was 3 years ago. It was gone for four months because of weight gain and once I lost all of the weight my period started…

Hey you all, MY period has started today. Probable the reason for the weight fluctuations. I should've known this due to all the other PMS symptoms I was having.

It just seems weird to jump back to 320 after reading 317 a few seconds ago

Hi you all, I finally pooped yesterday by doing the saltwater flush. I went from 320 to 317. Then I went back on the scale shortly after seeing the 317 and my weight went back up to 320. Not sure what is going on! I had a cheat meal yesterday and after pooping this morning I am at 321. I thought maybe I will see 318 or…

Hi you guys, I eat only 1900 to 2000 cals a day. Yesterday I did not have a chance to do my full workout and I am believing that is the reason for not dropping numbers or pooping as I should. I also snack a lot during the day.

I agree. Around the 2nd day of doing it, a light bulb came on. It is common sense why someone can lose 10 pounds on the cleanse.

When I gain water weight off rarely effects how I look or my clothing. The scale is what freaks me out! I know for sure that I am losing because I am in a while new mean size. The scale is slow at showing the number

Hey you guys I ended up burning it off and it actually in fact was water weight. I am currently now down to 257 or 256
